Mens short hair styles

Short hair styles are a classic look this year. They are a good option for athletes and men who work outdoors however they are now used as a low maintenance option providing a good looking masculine haircut for men. A range of styles are listed below:

Buzz cut: A haircut where the hair is cut short and sheared off with a razor, to a point that no more than about 3/4's of an inch of hair remains on all sides.

Crew cut: A hairstyle that is commonplace for many people (especially men) in army/military units across the world.

Flattop: A men's haircut where the hair is cut with a razor but left longer than a buzz cut and appears to be flat on the head.

High and tight: A military variant of the buzz cut.

The fade: The fade combines a few different styles to form its own perfect haircut. It begins with very short and tapered hair across the bottom and back of the head, with the hair getting longer and thicker at the top, sometimes to as much as two or three inches. The hair is cut in layers and the fade creates a neat and clean flow through the different lengths of hair. It’s a clean-cut, professional look.

Short back and sides: Is with very short hair—approximately one-eighth of an inch—on the back and sides of the head and longer hair on the top. The hair is cut in a tapered manner to give a smooth look, and the longer part can be worn in various ways according to each individual’s taste and style. Some men prefer to wear it brushed to the side or back, parted on the side or in the middle, or even with a flat top.
